got the wheels in motion, and by halftime they had there bonus point 4 tries. Blair Vining started the ball rolling, with a well taken try near the posts which was converted by Daniel Pinn. Then it was Pinners turn to score a well executed try, showing no signs of his age, by running about 50 metres to score. Tom Fleming got on the scoreboard as well, with a good forward drive to score. Then Willy Umu the flying Fijian winger dotted down twice,Pinner got another won,and James McLean kicked a penalty. The Midlands guys looked good with the ball in hand, and probably had a huge territorial advantage throughout the game, but with little errors at costly moments, probably robbed them of alot more points. It was a reshuffled backline that started, with regular kicker Aaron Kumara, pulling out on the Friday night through personnal matters arising. That put Josh McAtamney at 2nd five, and brought Jack McQuire off the bench to play at centre, both guys played well in their positions, and the backline lost nothing through the reshuffle. Mark Wells continues to play well at fullback and must be in the hunt for the berth with the Stags. The forwards continued to outplay there counterparts, and their scrummaging was awesome, with two tightheads coming there way. Brian Anderson keeps on playing outstanding rugby, its ashame that we are losing him, at the end of the year.Mitch Sim is another player that played well on Saturday, along with Tom Fleming, Blair Vining, and Mitch Johnston.
