most of the game, with both teams trying to dominate over each other. Midlands had there chances, but with a lack of a reliable goalkicker, probably cost them the chance of winning. But they scored two pretty good tries through Liam McDermott and Chey Hiko and a penalty to Scott Cochrane. Hayden Gentle, Ryan Shaw and Scott Cochrane played well for Midlands.
