Quickly into the first half Midlands shot away to a 19 point lead, and when the author got back to the game, after attending to the seniors, with ten minutes to go the score was 83 to nil. Mathew Whyte scored next, which he converted with a drop goal, making the final score, 90 points to nil. They were just to good all over the park, with Tyler Johnston having a field day, collecting 32 points, and Brock Payne getting 17, along with Brenton Howden getting 12. Mathew Thomson, Paul Emms and Tristam Whittacker all had stong games.
